Mark S. Miller is chief scientist of Agoric, a pioneer of agoric (market-based secure distributed) computing and smart contracts, main designer of the E and Dr. SES distributed persistent object-capability programming languages, inventor of Miller Columns, an architect of the Xanadu hypertext publishing system, a representative to the EcmaScript committee, a former Google research scientist, and a senior fellow of the Foresight Institute.
Christine Peterson is cofounder and senior fellow at Foresight Institute. She writes and lectures to general audiences on a wide variety of topics including nanotechnology, longevity, and computer security. She coauthored the books Unbounding the Future: the Nanotechnology Revolution and Leaping the Abyss: Putting Group Genius to Work.
Allison Duettmann is the president and CEO of Foresight Institute. She leads Foresight’s longevity, molecular machines, neurotechnology, computing, and space programs, and shares their results with the public. She founded Existentialhope.com, co-edited the book Superintelligence: Coordination & Strategy, and holds an MS in Philosophy & Public Policy from the London School of Economics, focusing on AI Safety.
